The world-class SCS "Secure Communications Solutions" competitiveness cluster, based in the PACA region, has set its sights on becoming a globally-recognised leader in the field of secure communication solution innovation. The cluster offers a raft of services to promote venture development by applying different levers: setting up and funding collaborative development projects (major groups/SMEs/academics) for innovation in 4 fields (microelectronics, telecommunications, software and multimedia), a venture development service offer (finding equity financing, international development, business relations brokering and so on), all of which are based on the Regional Innovation network ("Paca Innovation").
